What is Just Race?

Just Race is a professional sim racing lounge in Worthing, West Sussex, where you can experience the thrill of motorsport from the driver's seat of a professional racing simulator.

Whether you're completely new to sim racing, an experienced racer, looking for something different to do with friends or searching for a fun family activity, Just Race has something for you.

Is Just Race suitable for beginners?

Absolutely!

You don't need any previous sim racing experience. Our sessions cater for everyone from complete beginners to experienced racers.

We'll help you get set up and explain everything you need to know before you start driving.

Do I need to know how to drive a racing simulator?

Not at all.

If you've never used a racing simulator before, don't worry. We'll get you comfortable with the controls and help you understand how everything works before you hit the track.

Booking Your Experience

How do I book?

Booking is easy.

Choose the experience you'd like, select your preferred date and time, and complete your booking online through our website.

We recommend booking in advance, particularly for evenings, weekends and popular sessions.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session.

This gives you enough time to get settled, have a drink and get ready for your race.

Can I just turn up without booking?

You can contact us to check whether we have availability, but we strongly recommend booking in advance.

Our simulators can become fully booked, particularly at weekends and during popular evening sessions.

Can I change my booking?

Yes. We understand that plans can change.

Bookings can be rescheduled to an alternative date and time, subject to availability, provided we receive your request at least 72 hours before your original booking.

Bookings are otherwise non-refundable.

What happens if I don't turn up?

If you don't attend your booked session and haven't contacted us beforehand, your session will be forfeited.

Age & Height

What is the minimum age?

The minimum age at Just Race is 6 years old.

Some experiences may have additional requirements, so please check the individual experience before booking.

Is there a minimum height?

The recommended minimum height for the full simulator experience is 135cm.

If a younger driver is below this height, we have cushions available to help with positioning. In some circumstances, smaller children can also sit on an adult's lap and steer.

Can children use the simulators?

Yes.

Just Race is suitable for children from 6 years old, making it a great option for families, children's parties and young racing enthusiasts.

The Racing Experience

What cars can I drive?

We offer a wide variety of racing experiences, including Formula cars, GT cars, touring cars and other racing machinery.

The cars available depend on the experience you book.

What tracks can I race on?

We have a large selection of famous racing circuits available, with options including iconic UK and international tracks.

The tracks available depend on the session and car you choose.

Can I race against my friends?

Yes!

Our professional simulators can be linked together, allowing multiple drivers to race wheel-to-wheel on the same virtual circuit.

Our group sessions allow up to 5 drivers to race together at the same time.

Can I race other people at Just Race?

Yes. Depending on the experience you book, you can race directly against friends or other drivers using our linked simulators.

Do I need to bring anything?

No.

Everything you need for the racing experience is provided at Just Race.

Just turn up, get comfortable and get ready to race.

Do I need to wear a helmet?

No.

You don't need to bring or wear a racing helmet for our simulator experiences.

Groups & Parties

Can I book Just Race for a birthday party?

Yes!

We offer dedicated birthday packages for groups of different sizes.

You can race against your friends, enjoy the lounge and even bring your own party food or arrange a local takeaway.

Can I book Just Race for a group?

Absolutely.

We regularly welcome groups of friends, families and racing enthusiasts.

Our group sessions are particularly good if you want everyone racing together and competing for the fastest lap.

Can I hire the whole venue?

Yes.

Our exclusive all-day venue hire gives you the entire Just Race venue for your group, including all five racing simulators.

It's ideal for birthdays, corporate events, team building, stag and hen parties, family gatherings and groups of friends.

There can be up to 15 people in the venue at any one time during an exclusive hire booking.

Can I bring my own food?

For private and birthday bookings, you're welcome to bring your own food or arrange a takeaway delivery.

Please contact us if you're organising a larger event and would like to discuss your requirements.

Friday Night Racing

What is Friday Night Racing?

Friday Night Racing is our regular social racing night.

It's a great way to meet other drivers, have some fun and enjoy competitive racing in a relaxed environment.

Different cars and tracks are used each week, and the session is open to drivers of all abilities.

Do I need to be an experienced racer to attend Friday Night Racing?

No.

Friday Night Racing is designed to be fun and welcoming whether you're new to sim racing or already know your way around a circuit.

How many people can take part?

Bookings are limited to 10 drivers.

With five simulators, drivers may rotate during the session depending on the number of people booked.

Drinks & Facilities

Do you have drinks available?

Yes.

Tea and coffee are available free of charge with bookings, and a selection of soft drinks are available to purchase.

Can I bring my own food?

For suitable private and group bookings, yes. You're welcome to bring your own food or arrange a takeaway delivery.

Tuesday: 12pm – 7pm
Wednesday: 12pm – 7pm
Thursday: 12pm – 7pm
Friday: 12pm – 10pm
Saturday: 12pm – 8pm
Sunday: By appointment only
